Hi Jane — I've finished the initial data processing for FY2024. Your headline number is 12,847 tCO₂e, down 8.3% from last year. The biggest driver is the dairy procurement switch. I've flagged 12 records for your review in the Quality section.

That's great progress! Can you break down how much of the reduction came from the dairy switch vs the route optimisation?

Of course — dairy procurement accounts for roughly 620 tCO₂e of the reduction (switching from conventional to Hartmoor's regenerative operation). Route optimisation with Meridian saved another 340 tCO₂e. The green electricity tariff migration knocked off 280 tCO₂e. Production volume growth added 76 tCO₂e back.

Perfect, that's exactly what the board will want to see. When will the methodology report be ready?

Thanks for the update on the fleet analysis. Can we also look at switching the Slough warehouse to renewable electricity? Our FM team says the current contract is up in March.

Absolutely — I've added that to the scenarios queue. The Scope 2 impact should be straightforward to model since we have the meter readings from your data request. I'll have numbers for you by Thursday.

Perfect. Also — our board meeting is on the 20th and they'll want to see the SBTi alignment chart. Can we get that into the methodology report?

Already in the draft — Section 6 covers SBTi pathway alignment with the 1.5°C budget overlay. I'll send the PDF for review on Monday.
